Condo Contracts

After a visitor has decided on a condo, the next step is to make a payment and sign a rental agreement or contract. Visitors should read the contract carefully before signing to be sure all the information is clear. Contracts generally include information about payment, check-in and check-out times and cancellation refund policies. Contracts may also include information about services that are not included in the rental fee, such as long distance phone service and housekeeping. Visitors should read the contract carefully in order to understand company policies regarding pets, smoking, moving furniture and additional guests so that visitors are not required to pay unintended fees.
